Hosting a Jamberry
Party Made Easy!
Okay, you've been asked to be a hostess for a Jamberry party in your home and you're on the fence about it. Believe me, I am a mom of two and one of those two is a ten year old little boy who likes to be the star attraction in destroying the house. When company comes over, he likes for everyone to see every toy he's ever owned and likes to leave them out for display. Very few of us are Martha Stewart about our houses, especially if we have children so that might leave one hesitant about hosting a Jamberry party where they are inviting others to their homes. I get it totally! However, it doesn't have to be so hard and I am here to help you through it.
Jamberry Nail in home parties are fun and hostesses can get a lot of great incentives. Here are a few things to keep in mind while considering an in home party.
Invite your family and friends. You don't need to place an ad or invite total strangers to your house. Your family and friends are going to understand if your house isn't Better Homes and Gardens cover material. Don't do too much extra than you normally do. If you have a patio or back yard with some nice weather, invite your guests there. If not, don't freak out. As long as you have enough seats for everyone to sit on, me or another consultant will keep the attention directed towards the products with games.
Refreshments-You don't have to provide them but they are a nice touch. Don't call a caterer or go all out. Just something simple as beverages and a few finger foods will suffice.
The consultant will bring all the necessary items such as books, order forms, displays, samples, and games to make your party a hit. All you do is greet your guests, make them feel comfortable, and enjoy the evening.
Jamberry parties as fun as they are, do not need to be epically long events. You don't need to clear your entire day or evening schedule. You will still be able to have supper on time or make the movie.
The consultant will help you reach out to your guests ahead of time and will offer any help you may need. If children are going to be an issue, relax, most of us have kids. Jamberry was started by three sisters who were mothers. So don't fret. Either the consultant can help provide some activities for them or work around them. Again-most of us have or have had children of all ages.
However I want to interject at this point, Consultants may not be able to provide wine or other alcoholic beverages. Again, most of us are mothers so breathe, it will be okay if little Sally or Johnny want to run around or be the stand in speaker at your party. It's all good.
